Mix and match scents and have fun!! A beautiful scent, long lasting and non of the chemical smells, no artificial fragrances, totally non-toxic and safe for everyone.

Room Spray

No one like a stinky room, but everyone loves the smell of Christmas!! This is such a great alternative to room sprays, no harsh chemicals, it actually freshens the room without artificial fragrances.
Recipe
Ingredients:
- Epsom salt or sea salt (just a pinch)
- Favorite Essential Oil (I love Christmas Spirit at Christmas time and Thieves with Orange during the Fall)
- Water
- 4 oz. spray bottle, either glass or stainless steal
Directions:
Add salt to bottle, add 10-20 drops of essential oil. Swirl oil into salts until salt absorbs the oil, add water to top of bottle. Shake well before each use.
Sugar Scrubs

Some of my favorite things to gift are Sugar Scrubs. They are incredibly easy to make and I love that you can totally customize them to each person.
*Hint- customize the sugar as well. You can use the same recipe using fine grain sugar, turbinado, brown sugar, etc. and it suddenly becomes a facial scrub, a body scrub, a hand scrub...
Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup oil (I like coconut oil, but you can use, olive, jojoba, or almond)
- Essential Oils (this is an easy and cost effective way to add fragrance and therapeutic value to your scrub)
Directions:
If using coconut oil, melt it a little so it's easier to work with. Mix sugar and oil together until it's well incorporated, add essential oils (15-20 drops), mix well. Store in a glass container. Use about a Tbsp in shower as needed.
Alternate Ideas...
- -Facial Scrub: Use fine grain sugar
- *Frankincense and Lavender for soothing and repairing
- *Tea Tree and Peppermint for a deep clean
- *Frankincense, carrot seed and rosehip for refining
- -Body Scrub: Use Turbinado sugar, which has a thicker grain
- *Frankincense, Lavender and Lemon for detox and repair
- *Juniper and Rosemary for skin detox
- *Cypress, Lemongrass and Grapefruit for enhancing skin appearance and increasing
- circulation.
Body Butter

Body Butters are wonderfully hydrating and luxurious lotion. Much thicker than normal lotion, yet light and airy, just like whipped butter!
Making your own can be easy and quick and the best part...You get NONE of the nasty chemicals, artificial fillers and artificial fragrances. The specialty store body butters come with a hefty price tag, mine...very cost effective, BONUS!
Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Coconut Oil
- 1 cup Cocoa Butter or Shea Butter
- Essential Oils
Directions:
Melt coconut oil and cocoa butter in double broiler or pot until melted, place in refrigerator until cooled, but not hard. Mixture should be soft and slightly opaque in color. Add essential oils (15-30 drops). Using a handheld mixer or stand mixer, whip mixture on medium-high speed until soft peeks form. Store in a glass container.
Bath Salts

Seriously, this has to be one of the easiest and most inexpensive gift options! Who doesn't love baths? Using a variety of essential oils as both fragrance and purpose these bath salts are the perfect gift.
Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of Epsom Salts
- 1/2 cup Baking Soda
- Essential Oils (20-40 drops)
Directions:
Mix epsom salts, baking soda and essential oils of choice (see below for some options) until well combined. Transfer to a glass container. Use 1/2 cup to 2 cups in bath, depending on type of bath salts.
